...auf den Hund gekommen!

Am Montag, den 10.6.2007 war es endlich soweit und wir hatten die Möglichkeit Hundefleisch zu genießen. Prof. Sam lud uns (Sarah, Roland und mich) ein, um mit ihm diese Delikatesse Koreas zu probieren.


Beim Betreten des Restaurantes würde man am liebsten sofort wieder umkehren. Der Gestank ist fast unausstehlich. Es "Hundelt" gewaltig. Der Gestank legt sich nach einigen Minuten, nicht aber die Vorfreude.
Hier wird der Hund angekarrt, so wie wir Tiere am liebsten haben. Heiß und fettig, und fett ist er wirklich. Wahrscheinlich war der Zwinger zu klein. Jetzt gibts aber kein zurück mehr, denn Beine hat er keine mehr.

Die letze Ehre. Bevor er, der Hund die unendlichen Weiten von Dick-m Dünn- und Mastdarm entdecken darf, wird er noch einmal weich gebettet und ihm noch einmal richtig eingeheizt. Stell ich mir ganz angenehm vor, diese Mischung aus Ofenbank und grüner Wiese.
...jetzt aber Mahlzeit. Genießen ist angesagt, denn nur der Hund kostet 22.000 WON pro Mann und Nase was immerhin ca. 19€ sind!!!

...und von dieser Suppe hatte Asterix seine Kraft! Schmeckt nicht gut ist dafür aber scharf wie Sau!

International Food Party

22 students of 12 different countries are participating the lecture of "Organizational Behavior". This was the base for the idea to make a "International Food Party" .Everybody was supposed to bring selfmade and typical national food and it was a great chance to try the different tastes of Usbekistan, Nepal, Ghana, Australia, China, the Netherlands, Germany,... and of course, Austria.? (Vietnam), ?(Nepal), Sanne (Netherlands), Esen (Germany), Yvonne (Netherlands)
Jennifer from China prepared her favourite food - uahh.

??? is presenting "Chicken Stew" and a vegetable-rice which is typicalyl for Nepal.
